There was a screening call with a recruiter, manager level interview and final interview round was at the executive level. I was also asked to prepare and present a brief educational presentation on a selected topic.

What assessments strategies do you believe demonstrate the highest level of learning?
The HR representative was highly efficient in coordinating the interview process. The scheduling application made it easy to select time slots that suited my availability. She was personable and added a thoughtful, human touch to the experience—making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the process.
Each interviewer brought a unique perspective and asked insightful, well-considered questions. I was given ample opportunity to ask my own questions, all of which were answered thoroughly and thoughtfully.

Was the Screening round. The recruiter started off with a story of their own. Didn't make me feel comfortable at all. It went all downhill from then ok. Responses to my answers were a lame ok as if they didn't want to hear what I had to say.
