got offer letter before talking to any employee. Just took an assessment. it has been a wierd process of hiring but exited non the less to see what this company offers.

i have not had the interview, therefore i can not give you a real idea of what would they ask or what they are looking in. The assessment is more of a test towards your attention to detail and logic use
They contacted me, scheduled the interview, no showed, then ghosted me. I understand hiring managers fet busy but for a company of that size with their resources one would think they have an automated Rejection email.

Entrevista
The interview process was straight forward. The recruiter Gabriela was extremely helpful through every step, letting me know what the next phases of the process would look like. When working around my schedule to ensure I was continuing with the process, she was phenomenal.
It was actually great. Gabriela was awesome with me and I hopefully join in the future for an IT position. Great feedback overall from the team, smooth process and offer. Great benefits
