Very unprofessional - I didn't get offered the job so dont want to seem bitter - but I think that was due to me asking questions about negative Glassdoor reviews etc . I have a record of being a top performer in previous roles and they didnt once ask me about previous sales results. I would have been a top performer given the opportunity, I made it to the final stage but that interview didnt go well to be honest - have to say the impression I got was that it is a sweat shop where micro management and pressure is the main strategy. Morning and evening scrums - not for me I'm afraid - if you dont like that environment i wouldn't even bother with the interview process as they will work that out. Seems like a great product and market leader so not sure why they have such a high turnover of sales staff - probably due to the micro management
They contacted me, scheduled the interview, no showed, then ghosted me. I understand hiring managers fet busy but for a company of that size with their resources one would think they have an automated Rejection email.

The interview process was straight forward. The recruiter Gabriela was extremely helpful through every step, letting me know what the next phases of the process would look like. When working around my schedule to ensure I was continuing with the process, she was phenomenal.
It was actually great. Gabriela was awesome with me and I hopefully join in the future for an IT position. Great feedback overall from the team, smooth process and offer. Great benefits
