They bring you into a room and ask about your background, why you're applying to be a financial advisor and what qualities you have that make you qualify. I met with a couple different people during my first two interviews then on the third and final one, I met with the president of the company and he basically asked the same questions.

Recruiter messaged ME on linked in, scheduled a phone interview for the next day, I was supposed to initiate the call. I called him at the scheduled time and he had no idea who I was or why I was calling and was extremely rude and unprofessional. He had an attitude with me and after a minute of talking to him, trying to explain the situation, he said I wouldn’t like the position and that was it. I’ve never had such a bad interview, this guy was ridiculous.

I had to call my interviewer. He asked me a series of basic questions. Then he started asking if I'm willing to sell to friends and family. He tries to identify your friends / family economic status. He told me prospecting is very hard and it's best to start with family and friends.
Interview gave me the impression Karr Barth is not looking for talent, but people who know wealthy individuals.
