Had two phone interviews. Then one in person interview. The in person interview consisted of two different parts. First hour was with a group of people about technical and resume. second part was 1on1 and more of a casual conversation

Was smooth with questions about previous jobs.
Lack of professional attitude as the Director put his legs on to the other chair in the room where I was interviewed.
The other person was eating in between the questions.

Entrevista
I was contacted by a Karma recruiter. The process consisted of two phone interviews and an in person technical interview.
After the in person interview I never heard from Karma. Even if your not a fit for the role, it would be courteous to inform the candidate.
They seem very unorganized. They list software design patterns on their job description that they don't even use.
