I was brought in through a referral so I only had one interview. It was onsite and I met with 5-6 people. The interviews were mostly conversational and focused on my past experience. I was asked to describe various solutions for a technical problem. There were no white board questions or any further technical quizzing.
I received an offer from Kargo the next day. A manager called me after hearing that I had another offer on the table. The manager said the other company was "stagnant," among other things, and that I would be wasting my talent if I chose to go there. I politely declined Kargo's offer the day after, but have yet to even receive acknowledgement. The entire process seemed very volatile and unprofessional. It did, however, affirm my decision to take another offer.
