I have interviewed with Kantar for a Jr. market research position in Amsterdam. The first interview was nice as you normally expect of an interview. However, the second interview with different managers I experienced as chaotic and unpersonal as they had a different cv in front of them and didn't ask questions about my experience. In the end I also got ghosted even after asking /emailing 3x about the status of the interview timeline.
