Phone screen with recruiter, then group F2F interview with Dep Head, the person who would be my Manager and a Director. Dep Head led the interview, although I would barely work with him. Did not speak with my Manager much until 1st day onwards. This was a big mistake - I think there should have been more time for us to speak and for us both to assess if it would be a good fit. Never known somewhere where the interview is not led by the candidate's direct manager. The recruiter called me quite soon after the interview to make the offer, within 1 week I believe. They would not negotiate the offer.
