Poor candidate experience where I felt I was being judged more on my looks than experience by and overly made up Global Head of Talent Acquisition (who was wearing jeans) who then proceeded to comment on my outfit as she looked me up and down. I had to chase for interview feedback twice before being emailed an automated response a month later. The Talent Advisor/Specialist had more credibility than the Head of GTA. Beautiful modern offices, hot desks, forward thinking company going through a period of change.
