Had been directly referred to interview skipping an initial phone interview, as I had previously met one of the interviewers at a developer meetup. The interview took the form of 50% questions about software development processes and my experience with it. And a coding challenge in Asp.net core. The senior technical team I interviewed with were very friendly and made me feel at ease during the interview itself.
