Hiring team was very professional and thorough. Interview process consisted of multiple rounds starting with phone screening and multiple 1:1 interviews. Focus of interviews was generally technical and based on previous projects. Hiring team regularly emphasized that Kaiser Permanente is a consensus driven organization with multiple silos and stakeholders. From that standpoint, they were very interested to know more about my stakeholder management skills.
