For the interview process, I was interviewed by 3 people. The Department administrator, the Assistant Department Administrator and the senior RN. They each took turns asking questions and asked one scenario question as to who I would prioritize! I felt comfortable during the whole interview process.

super easy it was on demand. Well because I apply for flu clinic so I don't think they care that much but opportunity can be given to be on call or regular if they need nurses. Based on seniority

After submitting applications, I eventually received a call back and was interviewed by 2 managers at the same time. I was given the option of which department I wanted to work with. They were quite nice and just be prepared for the typical interview questions and be yourself. Emphasis on team work and customer service is a plus. I got lucky I didn't have to do a panel interview.

Panel interview with managers. They each one ask questions and took notes. You gave to wear professional. They provided address to the location for interviews and expect you to know your way there.
