People are very passionate on what they do and they work hard. So being enthusiastic and asking questions was the key. It was relaxed atmosphere - more like question , answer session - they are trying to guaze your attitude and overall fit to the team than your skills (which is also considered). In the end they would rather hire someone willing to learn and get along with team than people who are snooty but have all the skills.
