I interviewed with 20+ companies when switching jobs this time, and the interview with KWA Analytics was one of the two best interview experiences I've had. (I decided to join the other one).
The interview process was entirely virtual, and consisted of:
1) Online Test (Programming, MCQ, SQL Query). There was no cutoff, and the results didn't matter so much. It was used as an input for the next round.
2) Technical round. The focus was on the thought process and approach for problem solving. The interview was more of a discussion rather than question/answer session. The interviewer was respectful, turned on his video without me having to ask, which was rare). The questions were on application design, and the questions I got wrong in the online test. We discussed what approach I'd take to solve those problems in real life.
3) Manager Round. Mostly focused on my reason for switching, and questioned if I'd be open to working on the tech that KWA works on, since my experience has been different.
4) HR Round - Offered me a very nice hike without asking about other offers, and then made a higher counter offer when I told them I had another offer.
The leave policy, working hours, shift allowance etc. are very generous. The company seems to be focusing on whether a candidate is capable, and would be a good coworker, technically and interpersonally. So the other coworkers should be good to work with too.
Both the interviewers answered all my questions about the company, work, future plans etc., and both interviews ran over time because of these, but it was accommodated by the interviewers.
