Few online assessments and in person. Called and schedule the interview, interview was with the director. Questions were average, they are looking for someone personable with a hard work ethic. Entire process took about 2 weeks, there is some on boarding required.

Easy interview process, just be yourself and as long as you have a passion for CRE and okay to be commission only you’ll be alright. I recommend being prepared in to know the current market of the asset class you’ll be focusing on.

Fake. A lot of hype and excitement. The opposite of how thing are really ran. One your in the door paying your dues, they then take additional commissions and what your left with is not much. Break even if your lucky.
