I was called by their recruitment for an initial, brief screening and to set up a date and time. Arrived on site and was told to take a small written test. Once the test was over two team leads came in to talk to me and went over the test briefly and then asked me all interpersonal questions and about my past experiences. Once I was done with those two, two more leads came to ask me more personal questions, some of the same as the previous and no technical. After those two I had an interview with the director of the department. Again mostly just interpersonal questions if there was a technical question is was nothing challenging. TLDR; - Small written test, some vb and c#, one sql inner join question - Two guys, interpersonal questions - Two guys, interpersonal questions - One guy, interpersonal questions Pretty sure if you don't go through all three, you said something wrong.
