It was a standard process with questions about experience and skills relative to the open position. They were professional and friendly. I had two interviews, one with the office principal and one with the direct supervisor.
Pretty straight-forward. I discussed my previous experience as well as expectations from the company. Salary was not discussed until after the job was offered, and turned out to be non-negotiable.
