Long, smooth and transparent...a self recorded video interview followed by Hr screening followed by a meeting with MD and then Regional Sales Director and then Region Director and took around 3 months
After the document screening, the recruiter sent me a link where I could find some interview questions (3-4 questions including salary expectation and self introduction) and record my responses to send within the given time.
