Job was advertised by recruitment agent. First Interview was conducted by hiring manager. Second interview was conducted by Head of department. No written test conducted. Relatively simple questions asked. Would have been better to have conducted personality test.

need to do short presentation during the interview session. other than that standard interview session, need to introduce yourself, work experience, what we know about the company. after the interview, they will gave response within 2 weeks.
