Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. Acudí a una entrevista en KONE (Singapur)
Entrevista
I was approached by a recruiter for an open role and decided to apply. My interview with the hiring manager went well - standard interview questions about resume and working styles. The recruiter then asked me to start on a certain date which we eventually agreed on and then informed me that the HR lead would contact me next. Given that this was basically a confirmation of the offer, I informed the recruiter that I will be declining another internship offer to take on this role.
After a while, I had still not heard from the HR lead, and the recruiter then informed me the role had been closed. Later, she reached out again about the same position, asked for my availability, and said she would confirm with the team. After that, I received no further updates and was ghosted despite her originally prompting me to take on the role after I was hesitant.
Overall, the process felt inconsistent and time-wasting. The recruiter wasn’t very professional in her messages and actions too - she would often spam messages and occasionally even called when I didn’t reply within merely 10min.
Firstly, they asked for self introduction and then asked aptitude questions and programming question's output (same program in different languages were there like C++, Python, Java)that they had printed on an A4 sheet.
The first step in the interview process is an online meeting with HR, where they get to know you better. If this initial interview goes well, you will be invited for a second, in-person interview to move forward in the selection process.
