Totally a waste of time and a mess. The process started with a phone screening interview with HR. She said they're looking for Golang developers (although she knew I didn't know it) and I needed to do an home assignment preferably in Golang. So I spent some time to learn it and did the assignment. After a week another HR emailed and asked for a remote technical interview with two persons. They asked some typical soft skills and development question and one whiteboard design on the internet . Requirements of whiteboard question weren't clear at all and it was related to financial applications. I even couldn't see the writings well. They finally said I don't have enough knowledge in design because of that design problem. Although according to them, I proved them my knowledge in design doing the assignment.
