My initial communication with the company was through phone call after they received my digital and physical resume, portfolio and application. I, first, had a phone interview and then I had a one on one interview. I met with the people I would be working with, was given a tour of the office and felt like I was an honored guest. The people are incredibly friendly and welcoming. That afternoon, I got a phone call with the job offer. Come Monday/Tuesday I accepted the offer.
