It was very comfortable and accommodating. It was a casual setting where they really get to know you to see if you're a good fit for customer service. They were also very entertaining to my questions regarding the position.

questions were straightforward, starting with why I wanted to work at KFC and what I thought good customer service looked like. I explained that I enjoy working with people and am good at staying calm in busy situations. The manager also asked about my availability and how I would handle an upset customer, to which I gave specific examples from past experiences. Toward the end, I asked a couple of questions about the training process and opportunities for growth, which seemed to impress them. The manager ended the interview by thanking me and saying they'd get back to me within a few days, which made me feel optimistic about the opportunity.
