Easy and quick questions where basic and fraught forward, while interview was very casual I was comfortable the whole time.
I was taken to a table asked 15 or so questions. Asked to confirm that everything was correct in my application and if I had everything I needed to start working. I was then told I’d get a call if I got the job
Online face to face interview. They send you a day and time for it on Microsoft teams and then you need to join the meeting at that time. No cognitive assessments.
Discussion with Store Leader about my abilities and a lot of personaility related questions. Whether the working type would suit me and work around my other commitments. How I would create a good customer experience.

Easy and quick, response was very fast. Got a call back within a couple of days. Easy questions too without hospitality experience. Received information on what to do everyday, serving customers and helping staff.
