it was quite simple as it was through a friend. he just showed me around i met the manager and the hiring progress began. so honestly this part is just waffle as it was short and quite brief

"The interview process was professional and well-organized. It started with a friendly face-to-face session where the Store Manager assessed my communication skills and personality. We discussed situational scenarios, such as how to handle long queues and maintaining high hygiene standards under pressure. I also had a short floor walkthrough to observe the kitchen and counter operations. The process focused heavily on my ability to provide excellent 'Customer Mania' service and my flexibility with shift scheduling."
