The recruiter from Keyteo contacted me via LinkedIn. They said they are recruiting for a PO position in a bank in Geneva. She didn’t send me a link to a Visio on teams as promised. One minute before the agreed time , she asked for my phone number instead. She called me and told me that the position with the client has been filled two days ago. She still wanted to continue the interview. She asked me if I am « ok » giving her my date of birth and nationality. I found this question discriminatory (which I expressed). Overall, shallow and a disorganized interview. I would never work for an employer who makes hiring decisions based on the candidate’s age.
