I applied online and received a call from a staffing service who set up a phone interview. The person was very friendly and told me more about the position, the firm, and the pay and benefits. I moved on to an in person interview at the firm. The in person interview was more of a conversation than a typical interview (no asking of things like what are your strengths and weaknesses). Everything was very well communicated and the whole process took about a week.
