Technical test for about 30 minutes then interview process with 5 people. 4 local Indonesian and 1 Japanese. Held fully in English. Not asking any technical questions. No other recruitment process after interview. So only 2 steps and usually it only takes 1 day.

Entrevista
1.) Initial HR Interview
- Usual Stuff, interviewer had terrible internet connection and was laggy all throughout the interview
2.) Technical Interview
- Onsite but never got to this point, they didn't have the decency to reach out if they were going to move forward with my application or not

Entrevista
Easy, Technical multiple choice questions and then HR. Mostly CCNP level and Server related questions. Easy answers questions by directors and managers mostly about your experience and work you do followed by test of multiple choice questions.
