5 board members introductions, info about the company, 5 minute presentation of your choice, followed by interview - technical and non technical. All done via skpye.
All staff were friendly and new-ish HR member (I think) put effort into helping us feel at ease. I must say though that communication for organising the interview was not the clearest.

In a project you did, tell me about the process equipment or safety measures in the design. How did you size certain equipment...
Friendly interview. They are mostly interested if you want to learn or not. As long as you have good attitude, you have a good chance. Not many technical questions. The interview is around 90-minute long.

Entrevista
The path leading to the interview with the managers, in this case with 3 manager, extended beyond the usual duration. The interview itself was conducted in person within an exceptionally welcoming environment.
