After a phone screen, I was invited in to interview for a face to face interview. The conversations went well and I had a good feeling afterwards based on the feedback I received from the interviewers. My complaint is that after three months, I have not heard anything back even after an email follow up. It is not very professional to invite a candidate in for an interview and then never give them closure.
