Had to go to main building to fill out application, and was offered interview on the spot when dressed with shirt and tie. Was given reference paperwork for former employers to fill out, had to wait several months for background check to come back (I had also lived outside of New England area), was called and offered second interview, went to second interview and offered position on the spot.

Basic Interview questions. Just about everyone who applies will move forward. It's more about if you make it through training and come on time everyday. You get a better feel for the position in training, rather than at the interview.

Go in and fill out an application;don't forget to write a paragraph of why you want to work for them, a lot of people forget to, and get sent back . Have three recommendations letters available.
