The process started with a phone screening that was very thorough and lasted about 45 minutes. Next, I had an interview at the office with the same person (the direct supervisor of the position I applied for) for about an hour. After that, I was asked back again to meet with 3 more people from the company: COO, GM, and Coordinator of the department I applied for. This last meeting was set up so that I met with each of the 3 people 1-on-1 for about 30 minutes each. It was a good experience overall. There were some form questions, but also a lot of 2-way dialogue. They wanted to know what had drawn me to apply to the company. A lot of staff have been with the company for a long time, and they’re proud of what they’ve built, and looking for dedicated people. At the end of the last interview I was told that they would be making me an offer, and we scheduled a time the next day for that phone call.
