I applied via linkedin and received a reply in week from their HR. She asked couple of basic questions and scheduled my phone interview with one of the manager. After the phone interview next week they invited be for a inperson interview in their Markham office. In person interview contained 4 people QA manager, 2 QA leads and 1 director. They all asked me many questions

1st was a Phone call from the Corporate Recruiter - went through my profile, really dug into what I was looking for in my next role and why I was looking to get into QA. Plus all the other basic questions.
