After applying to the job role via indeed, I was contacted by the in-house recruitment consultant to arrange a telephone interview. This consisted of a general chat surrounding my CV and my previous experiences. I was then invited to the Head Office for an interview with the in-house recruitment consultant and marketing coordinator. Both interviewers were very personable and created a nice environment. Competency questions were asked during the interview along with other questions more specific to the job role.
