Entrevista
on-campus presentation followed by on-campus interviews a few weeks later. Prior to information session had submitted resume. Received invitation to interview shortly after presentation. Interview was free format. it was for their leadership development internship program. This was the first round interview. Next round was based on interest from home-country J&J team. There was no interest in my home country so didn't get offer.

Describe a decision you made that was a failure. What happened and why?
It was a very average interview, not too dificult. One round with hiring manager, She was polite, asked fairly simple questions. Did a second round interview but no offer after that.
Did a HireVue screening the questions focused mainly on motivation, background, and what drew you to the position. It was to confirm basic fit rather than test technical skills and was a way to better filter candidates.
On-demand interview in March: I need to record my responses to 3 questions, and for each question, I have 2 attempts. There is no time limit between attempts, so it is possible to take as much time as needed to prepare.
