I got the interview through an agency. I was interviewed by two managers. One of them had clearly made up their mind and I wasn't going to be offered the position.
It was simple and smooth, starts with a technical round and then ends at a business round. Overall the process is simple and smooth. Onboarding time was fast as well

The initial round went smoothly, but the technical round posed some challenges. Despite the difficulty, all interviews were conducted professionally. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I appreciate the professionalism displayed throughout the process.
