I first submitted my resume and it was about a month before JCI called asking more questions about why I was looking for a job and what pay I expected. Then, two weeks before they called again to set up another interview that would happen in another two weeks. I got into the interview and they took a look at my resume and asked about past jobs and experience with HVAC systems. Questions were not hard. There were no behavioral questions. At the end of the interview they mentioned they would let me know in two weeks whether the news was positive or negative. As of this moment. It has been a month of waiting. I have emailed those whom I interviewed with but there hasn't been any response back. So far the process from application submittal until now has been three months.

Entrevista
I was invited to interview for an engineering position by the recruiter approximately one week after applying. When I logged on for the interview, I was told by the interviewer that even though it's supposed to be a one hour interview, they had to stop at around 30 minutes. I was asked right away if I had any questions. I had a couple of questions and they were answered by the interviewer. I was then asked the "tell me about yourself" question. When I finished I was informed that would be all the questions. Nothing since that day. No follow-up or replies back to questions to the recruiter.
