The interview process was one of the best I have ever experienced. I interviewed twice with the COO (phone and video) and then once with one of the Jobtip founders (phone). It did not take long for either of them to know whether or not I was a good fit for the company and the position, which made me feel confident that this company really knows the interview process and recruitment industry well! It was also clear that they follow one of the company mottos "hire for attitude, train for skills" since most questions were regarding my personality rather than the job.
