I believe when I applied it was still labeled as recruiter, but the entire "interview" was me being told how it's really a sales job. The "interview" consisted of the mid-20s "manager" telling me about his life story. It was a very strange experience. Overall, apply if you are under 26, you might be OK, if over this place is not for you.
