There was a pre-screen call Then an in person interview Then they were going to have me learn the system, and set up a call with their staff to sell the system to the person as a mock interview. At that point I backed out as I wanted a job with flexible work opportunity and they had very rigid shifts and no work from home flexibility. (this might have changed since COVID)
