      Contacted by HR person and first talk. Second they scheduled an interview with a Product person and a Tech person. The Tech person started asking very detailed tech questions, stopping me in the middle of the answers not really listening much, and 20 minutes before the time scheduled for the interview he said he didn't want to waste my time (while his Product colleague could not ask any question or say anything, just looking and not believing what he saw), and ended the interview in a very rude way.

      Interviewed by Hiring Manager, their boss and then the boss's boss in separate rounds. Everything covered by the first interview. I felt that they were looking for someone who could install more discipline in the teams, as reading between the lines sounds like they are not productive enough.

      BEWARE FOR DOING FREE WORK FOR THEM + VIDEO RECORDING DURING INTERVIEWS You will sail through the initials round because they are anyway not interested in it. They are interested in making you do what they call a WORKSHOP, where they will ask to design their company's software architecture. They basically are stuck with their current architecture and looking for idea on how to solve it. So they make the poor candidates a take a week long home assignment to architect their system and present it in the 90 mins call. During the call, one of them will start recording. No, they will not ask your permission. And No, no one during the interview process will inform you. They will just take advantage of their position in this process. You obviously will hesitate to resist since you have put in 1 weeks effort into the assignment and don't want to start the interview on the wrong foot. I was in the call with 2 VPs and CTO when this totally unprofessional behavior happened to me. You will find at least one more Glassdoor review which talks about this video recording behavior. When I inquired about it during initial stages, the recruiter played being clueless. After the interview when I asked him why was I not informed, he said this is pretty standard process (video recording an interview!!). This is clear violation of GDPR. I have of course logged a formal complaint. Don't waste your time here.
