I was contacted on LinkedIn by a recruiter who I had met at an event. After some initial contact I was given a 'test' to create a pretty basic web application. After they reviewed my submission, they scheduled a phone interview (within 2 weeks), and then was flown down for on-site interviews within another 2 weeks. I met with 5 employees and the last one was the team supervisor. The recruiter I had initial contact with kept in touch, and within 2 weeks I was given a formal offer. The total experience lasted slightly over a month The interviews were all relatively informal, and besides the web-app assignment there weren't too many technical questions. Besides your submitted work, you will want a good understanding of Java and SQL. The environment is very friendly and team-based, so I believe it was a focus of all the interviews to make sure you're a good fit for the team and company.
