The interview process was well organised and time bound. I had three interviews one of which being with the Area Manager and another with the HR Dept. The questions were all relevant to the position and they gave me the opportunity to introduce my work methods and past results. I was advised to prepare a SWOT analysis about the brand before the interview.

Entrevista
There were 4 interviews. I initially met with Talent Acquisition, then the Regional Manager, and last was Retail VP, and then HR. I went through the process quite quickly. All the interviews were held within two weeks time.

Entrevista
I had a few interviews with the company, most were face to face. Most of the questions were base on my knowledge of the business and what I could do to help drive help drive the business. Other questions were about the mall and the customer base and how i planned to keep these clients coming back, and how I was going to develop new clients.
