For the first round of interviews, I was contacted by the Executive Assistant to schedule an initial phone call with the Executive Director. After a successful phone call, I was moved along to the second round, which consisted of an in-person interview with three people simultaneously, including the Executive Director and two other high-level employees. After these two rounds of interviews, I received a call from the Executive Director with a verbal job offer and paperwork to follow. The interview process has likely changed since I was hired.
