I was provided a task document and an excel sheet to work on before the interview. All that was needed was to pull out a view of performance from the excel doc and to trend that performance across the items referenced in the insights interview task document. The purpose was for them to understand that you understand the data and what it's showing so you can pull out your insights. The findings were to be brought, which can be visualised in a PowerPoint to the interview - it was 20-minute review of the analysis then they moved on to competency questions. The HR Team was very supportive and kept me in loop at every step and they were very accomodating. The interview felt like an informal chat.
