Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Jet (New York, NY) en dic 2016
Entrevista
1st Round - Phone interview with recruiter, was fine.
2nd Round - Outsourced interview with a 3rd party company. While it was a fine experience given the interviewer was nice, was very impersonal.
---> No answer from recruiters for a week while I asked for feedback from the interview. Recieved automated email that I was rejected. Next day got email from recruiter who ignored my feedback requests saying it was a mistake and I have another round
3rd Round - Interview with someone on Jet team. The question was not explained correctly at all (did not specify there could be bad input and literally gave me an example of input that I worked off) and then said I should have been aware of bad input.... In a real world setting I would be able to run my code or write tests, so this feedback was extremely trivial in my opinion.
---> No answer from recruiters when asked for feedback. When I reached back out I still didn't get answered, and instead received an automated rejection email the next day (which ironically told me to "keep in touch"
Overall: This was quite literally the worst interview experience I've ever had. I've interviewed with other big tech companies, and while I understand the need to automate parts of the process, it was absolutely absurd how disrespectful the process was. There is no situation in which I would ever work for this company.

The overall process was this:
1 video interview
Onsite
The person who took the video interview seemed very nice, and seemed technically strong.
The onsite was 4 continuous 45 minutes interviews, with a ten minute break after the first two - no lunch. And I was not aware of the type of interviews - despite me asking the recruiter about it (She probably didn't know).
On the day of interview, I was asked questions like "What is polymorphism / abstraction / inheritance?" & other new grad questions. Big company interviews these days are usually Data structures and algorithms. I was completely out of touch with my basics, but also quite uninterested at this point for asking such trivial googl-able questions at a Senior level. Ofc, there were 2 other interviews that were pretty technical, and I should ack that.
All the four interviewers seemed clueless about the process being followed & a common response I received was - "We are at this process of being merged with Walmart, so we are still trying to figure it out". Don't get me wrong but wasn't that in 2016?
Right from being received by the recruiter to leaving the campus, it looked I was not welcomed here. People seemed quite grumpy & definitely doesn't give a nice image to a potential employee.

I applied the position on their career page. A week later, a recruiter sent me an email asking me to send her availabilities for one hour technical phone interview. This was not common at all to not speak a recruiter before proceeding to phone screen.
However, I didn't care much since it saved me time for the interview process, so I went with it. Two weeks later, I had phone screen with one of their engineers. Overall, I did really well and I was asked to give availabilities for onsite technical rounds.
I sent out my availabilities, and never got followed up. I followed up with the recruiter a couple times, and still haven't gotten a response. At this point, I don't care at all about this interview process, so many better companies are out there in NYC.
Overall, I do NOT recommend anyone to go through Jet interview process. It's such a waste time. I wonder how they treat their FT employees and how transparency the culture is.

I did on online code pairing, then they brought me into the office for a round of interviews. Then they brought me back for a team matching with two teams, where I was led to believe I would be offered a role. After that, for 2 weeks I had a lot of difficulty getting in touch with my recruiter to figure out what was going on, until finally he scheduled a phone call to tell me they didn't want to move forward. I felt very ill-used by the process.
