The recruiter that interviewed me for the first round was extremely kind and nice, kept me informed and updated throughout the hiring process, and gave me a lot of encouragement, which was something not seen in a lot of other places. It's obvious that she and a lot of the employees at jerry are young, and are really enthusiastic and passionate about what they do at Jerry, which is exactly what you want from a start-up.
The second round was a case-study interview in which a business decision had to be made, I wasn't exactly well prepared for this round and did not proceed forward afterward, but I was given a decision really quickly by the recruiter which showed how much she cared about a candidate's time and efforts and is compassionate about a candidate's well-being.
