Processus plus ou moins long puis retour du jour au lendemain sans vraiment de transparence sur la ou les raisons.
Entretien avec une RH du global puis avec des personnes de l'opérationnel pour enfin arriver dans l'agence avec une toute nouvelle personne en tant que "manager / référent"
