I was invited for two interviews. The first was over the phone from the HR department and they explained the usual stuff about transitioning to a role in a company, like how soon you can get there and how do you like the salary. The second interview was with the laboratory supervisor and it was also the typical interview where they ask you the reasons for applying and what are your ambitions. So it was a regular procedure pretty much. Everyone were kind and professional.
