I was invited to the interview after applying online. First, the recruiter was so rude, that he left me in the middle of the interview and then come back. His English wasn't clear, he spoke about company benefits and salaries and didn't mention any about company work or growth

Applied December 2017, and received email two days after applying, asking to identify dates and times within the next week when I would be able to speak with a Technical Recruiter. Technical recruiter was very professional and courteous, and it felt more like a friendly conversation than a formal interview. Actual interview was pretty informal, and consisted of a combination of typical questions (Why do you want to work here, Tell me about a time when ...), and some industry specific questions (comfort level in customer service, experience with Apple products) and some team specific questions (working on a time, dealing with questions you don't know the answer to, comfort in collaborating with others). Entire interview was approximately 30 minutes, and was advised that the manager would be arranging further interviews in next week.
